Today we had a very special visitor! We are all very excited 🎅🏽

We have had a visitor with gifts. The children were so excited to join in with Christmas celebrations and very thankful for the gifts from Santa. Merry Christmas everyone.

Our class elf apparently set the class a mission, a blank piece of paper was left in a envelope in the class for the children. The children said this had ‘invisible ink’ on that only children could read and gave the children a mission to do. The children said they had to get me to say 3 words… Christmas tree, elf and Santa. After completing the mission the elf left a ‘mission complete’ note and a chocolate for everyone. The children worked amazingly as a class to read the let

It was great to see everyone at the learning showcase yesterday! The children were so happy to show all their work they’ve worked really hard on!

Today, we were very lucky to get to meet Santa online! We are very excited 😀🎅🏽

Well done and good luck to all our children on the opera performances today and tomorrow! We have seen all the good work you’ve put into making it amazing! 🎭

Trying toffee apples by the fire. It was so cold we even found ice.

The year 4 children enjoyed sitting round the fire and tasted some toffee apples cooked on the fire pit.

What to do on a cold day at forest school? Make hot chocolate! We also had our chapati’s from our book The Runaway Chapati over the fire.

Today we were very lucky to have another online author visit 😃

Year 1 have enjoyed listening to year 5/6 read to them.

It was great to see some achievements some of the Y2s have brought to show us today! We love celebrating each other ☺️

25 minute challenge…. The children took on the 25 minute challenge, voting to take part in 25 minutes of expressing myself! The children chose their favorite subjects to express themselves. Some children chose dance, some art, some maths and what fun we had.
