Meadow View Primary School has the most amazing staff who come to school each day with a big heart ready to do their best for the children in our care and provide them with the best education. The Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team have high expectations of the staff working here, however alongside this, believe in supporting the staff to be the best they can be through a friendly inclusive ethos, investment in significant levels of staff CPD for all staff in school and through providing a comprehensive supportive wellbeing package.

Our wellbeing package includes

• The Head Teacher has an open-door policy for all staff.

• Staff workload is considered by SLT when any strategic decisions are being made.

• We listen to staff voice and are open to suggestions made.

• We have great communication channels so that all staff know well in advance events, deadlines, CPD and expectations.

• We appreciate and value all of our staff and ensure we say thank you regularly.

• There are supportive network teams that help you with any issues you may be experiencing in the classroom.

• We use a coaching model to help you improve.
