Electrical circuits
Today the children explored circuits using components, the children displayed high levels of resilience to get their bulbs working. Some children linked more components into their circuits to explore what would happen and how things work. The buzz in the classroom was electrifying!

25 minute challenge…. The children took on the 25 minute challenge, voting to take part in 25 minutes of expressing myself! The children chose their favorite subjects to express themselves. Some children chose dance, some art, some maths and what fun we had.

Remembrance day
After the Remembrance Day assembly, the children wanted to mark their respect by drawing posters, these have been displayed in out classroom window. We will be holding 2 minutes silence on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. Lest we forget.

Y4 Comparisons between ancient civilisations
As part of our Y4 topic this term, the children have looked at Ancient Egyptians and now we are exploring the Stone Age, Iron Age and Bronze Age. The children have worked collaboratively to create timelines of these periods in history. Great work Kingfishers!
