Pizza production

After researching and planning to market pizzas, it was time to put our plans into action. The children worked collaboratively to make the dough and then make individual pizzas. They were amazing! Following the recipe, measuring ingredients, mixing, kneading, decorating and obviously tasting their yummy creations. Take a look at our cooking process, a very important part of this was safety, you will see the children using either a claw hold or a bridge hold to chop ingredients.
