The F2 children joined in with the 2mins silence this morning to think about the soldier’s in the war.

We spoke about how we keep safe on bonfire night as we sat round the fire pit. The children then went and made their own sparklers using sticks and leafs before enjoying a toasted marshmallow.

We spoke about fire safety and the children harvested the apples to make a delicious treat.

We have looked at the importance of fire safety and then cooked some of our apples on the fire.

This week at forest school we put up a new swing. We used our gross motor skills to stay on the swing as it spun round and got faster.

We used the apples that have fallen off the trees to make food for any animals that may visit our area.
